Maria Gerea

With over 15 years in global health and tech developing new strategies and leadership expertise, Maria partners with leaders and their teams to evolve from fighting fires to leading strategically and more effectively to foster collaboration, innovation and productivity.

During her corporate career, Maria distinguished herself by successfully initiating and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural initiatives at Philips and Microsoft to create new go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and programs. These resulted in stronger customer partnerships, $10M+ increase in annual revenue and an improved team experience. She excelled in connecting different functional areas – Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Engineering - towards congruent and effective strategies, and was a trusted advisor to the executive team.

Building on this experience and her personal growth, in 2015 Maria followed her passion to develop leadership at every level in organizations, as an ICF credentialed Leadership Coach and Consultant and launched her company, Coevolution in 2019. Maria holds and MBA degree from University of Washington's Foster School of Business (2004) and a Law Degree from Romania (2000).
